In this fifteenth edition of San Sebastian Gastronomika, London and its guest chefs will show to public their cosmopolitan cuisine. Title? London metropolitan cuisine. The best restaurants of the “City” will jump on the stage of Kursaal auditorium to delight the audience with their culinary creations. As every year a unique event, definitely a must go. The upcoming 7, 8, 9 and 10 of October, San Sebastian will turn into the world capital of the kitchen (if at any moment it has ceased to be): San Sebastian Gastronomika 2013 begins.

The most provocative avant-guard trends, the most frenetic formats, the most exotic styles from Asia and the latest trends in street food will feature on the stage and in the rooms and kitchens of the Kursaal in San Sebastian. The congress will be visited by influential figures in the gastronomy of this cosmopolitan, multiracial and talented city: Heston Blumenthal, Clare Smyth from Gordon Ramsay‘s restaurant, Atul Kochhar from Benares, James Knappett from Bubble Dogs…

Nor will the event be missed by the Spanish chefs based in this great city, such as Alberto Criado, from Cambio de Tercio, César García, from Ibérica and José Pizarro.
