Within the SEAFOOD section one of the typical dishes is the "Zurrukutuna"
The Zurrukutuna consists of 400 grs. cod , 250 grs. green pepper , 8 chorizo peppers , 4 cloves of garlic, 200 grams . of toast , 4 eggs, broth and parsley
The Zurrukutuna is cod that has been soaked previously had the day before.

Kokotxas Bacalo al Pil Pil our Brasserie
Dessert we finally suggest is the typical "Goxua"
The recipe is as follows :
Ingredients: Sponge Iron, Whipped Cream , Pastry Cream , Syrup , Sugar and Cinnamon
Preparation: We soak the cake syrup. Cut the cake in a span of five albums in diameter. To prepare rations goxua cake put the discs on a button cover cream and custard, on which sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Then we burn the surface to the base of a pan heated on the fire, so that the remaining cake candy coated.
