NEW YEAR’S PARTY: 290 € (VAT included)
METHOD OF PAYMENT : The booking shall be considered to be confirmed with payment of 50% of the total amount. The balance should be settled 3 days before the event. Deadline 28/12/2019
Guests will have to show the receipt of payment at the event, when so requested by duly authorised Hotel staff.
The Hotel reserves the right to allocate tables according to setting-up possibilities.
The price of 290 € (VAT included ) includes the cocktail party, dinner, DJ-driven dancing, free bar, and garlic soup and cakes at the crack of dawn.
The Hotel shall accept no responsibility for any money, jewels and other valuables that are not left in the safe at Reception against receipt.
Cancelling reservation(s) after payment is subject to the following:
1) Cancellations 15 days before the event; No fees
2) Cancellations between 15 and 3 days before the event (The deposit of 50% of the total amount will not be refund )
3) Cancellations 72 hours or less before the event shall not entitle to any refund.
Gentlemen are required to wear a dark suit. Ladies are required to wear evening dress.
